How S.J. Home and Garden Service came to be!
Hi, I'm Sam Jones and this is a little bit about me. I grew up in a rural and agricultural background and have always had a love for the great outdoors and being "hands-on". Both my grandparents were keen gardeners and I have fond memories of spending many hours pottering about in the garden and sheds, learning about plants and how to build, fix and repair things.
I went to university and gained a degree in Applied Plant Biology, before going on to work in several different areas of horticulture, agriculture and water recycling. However, as the years rolled by I found myself working longer hours and spending less time with the family and less time in my own garden.
It was decided that it was time to go back to my roots and set up my own business doing something I have always loved - the result of which is SJ Home and Garden Services.
So here I am now offering my handyman services to help others maintain their homes and gardens, with a reliable, friendly and trustworthy approach.
